A: For every 10 points you have, you can redeem $1 towards a discount on your HearingPlanet purchase. The minimum amount to begin redeeming discounts is $2, or 20 points. Point redemptions are not automaically applied to your order. To apply your discount, you'll have to select "Redeem Loyalty Points" in the shopping cart at checkout.

A: To check your point status, login to your HearingPlanet account. Click on Account in the top right corner. At the very bottom, you will see a section labeled "Loyalty Earnings" with a breakdown of your point history.

A: No, HearingPlanet Rewards points do not expire.

A: If you return an item you earn points on, your points are then deducted from your points balance.
Q: What happens if I return something I bought by redeeming points?
A: If you use your rewards points to make a purchase and then return that item, you will be reimbursed to your original forms of payment. Any rewards points that were used will be granted back to your account to use on a future purchase. If you originally purchased more than one item in your redemption transaction, you will receive the proportionate amout of points back.
