Return Policy

SoundBe is happy to help with any request or issue you may have with products purchased directly on our site. Please read our policy carefully as it may change based on the type of request, product, or time from delivery.

Returns and exchanges for damaged items:

  • If you received an item that is damaged or defective, we will happily replace or refund most items at no cost to you if the return request is done within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Returns and exchanges for any other reason:

  • Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging within 30 days of receipt. Items that are received damaged will not be refunded.
  • Shipping fees on the original order are non-refundable and will be discounted from the refund amount. Additional charges may apply in exchanges for items different than the original.
  • Clearance items are not eligible for returns.

How to initiate a request:

  • To return or exchange an item, simply email us at returns@soundbe.com with your name, address, order number, and the item(s) you would like to return. We will open a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide instructions for next steps.
  • Pack your item in a box with a copy of the Return Merchandise Authorization. You are responsible for return shipping & handling charges. Items must be received within 10 days of receiving your RMA.
  • Items must be unused, and packaging must be intact. If items are returned and the packaging is opened or damaged in such a way we cannot resell, the refund will be ineligible.
  • For returns, once an item is received and processed by us, we will credit you the cost of the item via the same method you were charged. It can take from 3-10 days for the credit to show in your financial statement after that. Items must meet the requirements of our return policy.
